• Early bird: 160 €
  If you book your ticket between 01.05.2024 and 01.06.2024 you can save 40€ compared to the standard price.
  This fee Includes tea and coffee on all days and lunch on day two, access to the scientific programme, welcome reception and closing ceremony, and access to the digital materials of the forum.
  
  
• Full price: 200 €
  This fee Includes tea and coffee on all days and lunch on day two, access to the scientific programme, welcome reception and closing ceremony, and access to the digital materials of the forum.
  
  
• Saturday Day-Pass: 90€
  This fee Includes tea, coffee and lunch on Saturday, access to the scientific programme and access to the digital materials of the forum.
  Please do not book accommodation or the bus transfer through us. This would also cost you a lot, as the prices are for the entire duration of the congress.
  
  
• 50% off for undergraduate medical students
  We offer extra tickets with a 50% discount for undergraduate students only. The discount is valid for the event ticket only, no social events, accommodation or bus transfer included. Please note postgraduate GP training or postgraduate degrees do not count. You need to bring your undergraduate student ID to the venue. Make sure your undergraduate student value is still valid on 25.04.2025.

• No-Access ticket: 40€
  We offer a small number of tickets for accompanying persons who do not wish to attend the congress. Therefore, it is still possible to book accommodation, the shuttle bus and social events. We charge a fee for the booking effort.

Until 14.11.2024 you can cancel your reservation and get 100% cash back. For cancellations between 15.11.2024 and 15.12.2024 you'll receive 50% cash back. If you cancel after 16.12.2024 there won't be any refunds. In any case: we charge a cancellation processing fee of 20 €!
